Choose the delivery option that best suits your needs
When selecting the delivery method, orders with in-stock items will be shipped out either the same day or next business day depending on the cut-off time listed below. Items being transferred from other global warehouses may require additional time for delivery.
Delivery Options1. Free Next Day Delivery
element14 offers free freight for all orders over AUD50 (excluding GST). Locally stocked orders are despatched for next day delivery, while UK stocked orders deliver to your door in 4-5 working days. All orders are delivered by courier and require a signature upon delivery.
For orders under the value of AUD50, our packaging, handling and delivery charge for deliveries up to 20kg is AUD15 (excluding GST).
Any orders exceeding 20kg (which includes dimensional weight calculations) will be subject to additional freight charges and shipped via an off-peak service.
Express or Standard courier delivery is available; please contact our sales office to discuss options.
element14 offers free delivery for all orders over AUD50 (excluding GST) via Australia Post. This service is offered for customers when no signature is required on delivery. The package will be left in a safe location, and if a safe location cannot be found, the order taken to the nearest Australia Post retail outlet for collection.
Please note that hazardous goods cannot be sent via this method. By choosing this option customers are authorising all packages to be left unattended at the nominated premises and is deemed received upon delivery. element14 does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage which results from choosing this delivery method.2. Collection Service
Local collection is available for customers between the hours of 12:30pm - 5:00pm (AEST), Monday - Friday. All orders must be placed at least two (2) hours before collection and confirmed with a Customer Service Representative.
The Collections Counter is located at 72 Ferndell Street, Chester HillNSW 2162.

Your order will be despatched on the same day if you meet the cut-off times specified below. These cut-off times are guaranteed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) for orders shipped within Australia and New Zealand. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.
Australia: 12pm (Sydney time)
Although we strive for fast delivery of your orders, certain orders may take longer to despatch. These include, but are not limited to:
- Orders placed by an account which is under credit review
- Orders of goods not currently in stock
- Orders placed with a request for a future release date, or a consolidated shipment
- Orders with special packaging or handling requests

Backorder allowed - We'll deliver in-stock items immediately and place any out-of-stock items on backorder. Items on backorder will be delivered as they become available. Therefore, your order may arrive in single or multiple deliveries.
Deliver order complete - If any items in your order are out of stock, we'll hold your order until all items become available. Your order will arrive in one delivery.

There are a few products, however, that we cannot discount because of franchise agreements with the manufacturer. The promotional price will not be applied to those products. You'll only see the standard price.
Discounts cannot be stacked. If you are receiving a promotional discount you will not get other discounts such as corporate service agreement or website specific discounts. Different discounts take precedence depending on your company's agreement with element14.
Some organisations allow their buyers to use the same card for purchases. If a previous user removes the right for the card to be stored, we will no longer be able to store the card. Simply re-enter the card details and select to store the card for future use.
