The ITS5215L is a dual channel high side Power Switch N channel vertical power FET with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOSĀ® technology. Providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions.
