Product Overview
CY9BF524LPMC1-G-MNE2 is a CY9B520M series, highly integrated 32bit microcontroller dedicated for embedded controllers with low-power consumption mode and competitive cost. This series are based on the Arm® Cortex®-M3 processor with on-chip Flash memory and SRAM, and have peripheral functions such as various timers, ADCs, DACs and Communication Interfaces (USB, CAN, UART, CSIO, I²C, LIN).
- 32Kbyte on-chip SRAM, processor version is r2p1, upto 72MHz frequency operation
- Main: 256Kbyte, work: 32Kbyte (on-chip flash memory)
- Full duplex double buffer, built-in dedicated baud rate generator
- LIN protocol Rev.2.1 supported, full duplex double buffer
- 8 independently configured and operated channels, transfer data type: byte/half-word/word
- Successive approximation type, built-in 2 units, conversion time is 0.8μs at 5V
- Capable of pull-up control per pin, capable of reading pin level directly
- Power-on reset, software reset, watchdog timers reset, low-voltage detection reset
- Operating voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, operating temperature from 0°C to 70°C
- Package style is 64-pin plastic LQFP
