Product Overview

Designed to enhance the quality of all hand and robotic soldering jobs, Weller WSW increases productivity while reducing operating costs. WSW solder wires optimize the performance of the soldering process by reducing tip consumption , ensuring a low total cost of ownership by decreasing labour time and resources. The patented Reduced Splash feature increases direct user safety and clean workbench. With a guaranteed 100% continuous flux core, combined with pure first metal melting, WSW avoids costly rework and enables long-term, highly durable solder joints without cracking, even on difficult surfaces. Other features include alloy Sn99.3Cu0.7, flux content 3.5%, 100% halogen free wire, silver free alloy, guaranteed 100% continuous flux core, reduced Fe leaching to increase tip life time and reduce tip consumption by up to 70%, good wetting characteristics, reduced splash of flux & no-clean flux.
