VS-32CTQ030-M3 is a VS-32CTQ series high performance schottky rectifier has been optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperature. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 150°C junction temperature. Typical applications are in switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
- Low forward voltage drop, high frequency operation
- High purity/temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance
- Guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability, common cathode circuit configuration
- Designed and qualified according to JEDEC®-JESD 47
- 30A maximum average forward current (50% duty cycle at TC = 115°C, rectangular waveform)
- 30V maximum DC reverse voltage
- 0.40V VF at IF, 97mA typical reverse leakage current (TJ = 125 °C, VR = Rated VR)
- 13mJ non-repetitive avalanche energy (TJ = 25°C, IAS = 1.20A, L = 11.10mH)
- 10000V/µs maximum voltage rate of change (rated VR)
- TO-220AB 3L package, maximum junction and storage temperature range from -55 to 150°C
