The US1G-E3/5AT is a surface mount ultrafast Rectifier Diode with matte tin-plated leads terminals, UL94V-0 flame-rated moulding compound case and colour band denotes cathode end polarity. Glass passivated chip junction, ultrafast reverse recovery time and high forward surge capability. Ideal for automated placement.
