Product Overview
The CNY64ST is a 1-channel 4-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. The single components are mounted opposite one another, providing a distance between input and output for highest safety requirements of <gt/>3mm. It is suitable for welding equipment, line receiver, microprocessor system interface, solar and wind power diagnostic.
