BI15U-Q20-AP6X2-H1141 is an inductive sensor. It is designed for wear-free and contactless detection of metal objects. uprox factor 1 sensor has significant advantages due to its patented ferrite coreless multi-coil system. It detects all metals at the same large switching distance and are resistant to magnetic fields.
- Rectangular design, height 20mm, active face on top
- Plastic, PBT-GF30-V0 housing material, resistant to magnetic fields, extended temperature range
- 0.25KHz switching frequency, 10 to 30VDC operating voltage
- 3-wire, NO contact, PNP output function, flush mounting condition
- 15mm rated switching distance, ≤ 2% of full scale repeat accuracy
- 3 to 15% hysteresis, ≤ 200mA DC rated operational current
- 15mA no load current, ≤ 0.1mA residual current, ≤ 0.5kV isolation test voltage
- IP67 protection class, operating ambient temperature from 30°C to +85°C
- 55Hz (1mm) vibration resistance, 30g (11ms) shock resistance
- Dimension is 68 x 40 x 20mm
