Product Overview
BI1-HS540-AP6X is an inductive sensor. It detects metal objects contactless and wear-free. For this, it uses a high-frequency electromagnetic AC field that interacts with the target. An inductive sensor generates this field via an RLC circuit with a ferrite coil.
- 1mm rated switching distance, flush mounting conditions
- ≤ 2% of full scale repeat accuracy, ≤ ±10% temperature drift
- 3 to 15% hysteresis, 10 to 30VDC operating voltage
- ≤100mA DC rated operational current, 15mA no load current
- ≤ 0.1mA residual current, ≤ 0.5kV isolation test voltage
- 3-wire, NO contact, PNP output function, 3KHz switching frequency
- Smooth barrel, 4mm design, stainless steel, 1.4427 SO housing material
- Cable electrical connection, IP67 protection class
- 55Hz (1mm) vibration resistance, 30g (11ms) shock resistance
- Operating temperature range from -25°C +70°C
