Product Overview
The TRN 3SM series from Tracopower are 3W fully regulated, high performance DC to DC converters. These converters have wide 2: 1 input voltage range and come in a very compact SMD package (11.9mm x 11.3mm x 8mm).
- Nominal input voltage : 9VDC/12VDC/24VDC/48VDC
- Output voltage : 3.3VDC/5VDC/12VDC/15VDC/24VDC/±5VDC/±12VDC/±15VDC
- Maximum output current : 700mA/600mA/250mA/200mA/125mA/±300mA/±125mA/±100mA
- Efficiency up to 84%, PFM switching frequency is 100KHz minimum
- I/O isolation voltage (60sec) is 1600VDC
- Maximum I/O isolation capacitance is 75pF
- I/O isolation resistance is <gt/>1Gohm at 500VDC
- Ripple and noise (20MHz bandwidth) is 50mVp-p typical
- Short circuit protection
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 3-year product warranty
