Product Overview
The TMV-2HI series from Tracopower are 2W non regulated DC to DC converters with high I/O-isolation. They come in an ultra-compact SIP-7 package and are ideal for IGBT applications.
- Nominal input voltage : 5VDC/12VDC/15VDC/24VDC
- Output voltage : 3.3/5/9/12/15/±5/±9/±12/±15/(+15/-9)VDC
- Maximum output current : 500/400/222/168/132/±200/±112/±84/±66/(+66/-10)mA
- Efficiency up to 85%, 100KHz typ switching frequency
- Very high I/O isolation of 5200VDC (5700Vpk)
- Maximum I/O isolation capacitance is 7pF
- I/O isolation resistance is <gt/>10Gohm
- Ripple and noise (20MHz bandwidth) is 100mVp-p maximum
- Short circuit protection
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 3-year product warranty
