Product Overview
The TMR-3WIE series from Tracopower are isolated 3W DC to DC converters with regulated output. The product comes in a compact SIP-8 plastic package featuring wide 4:1 input voltage ranges. The compact dimensions and cost optimized design make these converters an ideal solution for applications in communication equipment, instrumentation and industrial electronics.
- Nominal input voltage : 12VDC/24VDC/48VDC
- Output voltage : 3.3/5/12/15/±5/±12/±15VDC
- Maximum output current : 700/600/250/200/±300/±125/±100mA
- Efficiency up to 81%, PFM switching frequency is 350KHz typical
- I/O isolation voltage (60sec) is 1500VDC
- Typical I/O isolation capacitance is 200pF
- I/O isolation resistance is <gt/>1Gohm at 500VDC
- Ripple and noise (20MHz bandwidth) is 75mVp-p maximum
- Remote on/off control and continuous short circuit protection
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 3-year product warranty
