Product Overview
TMU 3-2413 is a TMU 3 series isolated 3W DC/DC converter with unregulated output in a standard SIP-4 package. It is designed to offer a compact low-cost alternative to regulated series with no concession on quality and lifetime. It features a continuous short circuit protection circuit, I/O-isolation of 1500VDC and an operating temperature range from -40°C to 75°C without derating. The compact dimension of this converter makes it an ideal solution for many space critical applications in communication equipment, instrumentation and industrial electronics.
- 21.6 to 26.4VDC (24VDC nom) input voltage range
- 15VDC nominal output voltage, 200mA maximum output current, 86% typical efficiency
- Continuous short circuit protection
- 3-year product warranty
- Natural convection (20 LFM) cooling system
- Switching frequency of 20 to 80KHz (royer), 60KHz typ (royer)
