Product Overview
VN820PTTR-E is a high-side driver. This driver is intended for driving any type of load with one side connected to ground. The active VCCpin voltage clamp protects the driver from low energy spikes. Active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart protects the driver against overload. This driver detects the open-load condition in both the on and off-state. In the off-state the driver detects if the output is shorted to VCC. The driver automatically turns off in the case where the ground pin becomes disconnected.
