TSV632IST is a series of dual and quad operational amplifier which offers low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. This amplifier features an excellent speed and power consumption ratio offering an 880kHz gain bandwidth. This operational amplifier also feature an ultra low input bias current and shutdown mode. This amplifier is ideal for application such as portable devices, signal conditioning, active filtering medical instrumentation, battery-powered applications.
- Supply voltage range is 1.5V to 5.5V
- Unity gain stable on 100pF capacitor
- Low power shutdown mode is 5nA typ
- Low offset voltage is 800µV max (A version)
- Low input bias current is 1pA typ
