Product Overview
TL062BCDT is a low-power JFET dual operational amplifier. This JFET input operational amplifier incorporates a well matched high-voltage JFET and bipolar transistor in a monolithic integrated circuit. This operational amplifier feature high slew rates, low input bias, offset currents and a low offset voltage temperature coefficient.
- Very low power consumption is 200µA
- Wide common-mode (up o VCC+) and differential voltage ranges
- Low input bias and offset currents
- Output short-circuit protection
- High input impedance JFET input stage
- Internal frequency compensation
- Latch up free operation, case style is SO-8
