The STPS340 from STMicroelectronic is single chip schottky rectifier in SMB case style. This rectifier features small conduction losses, negligible switching losses, low thermal resistance and low forward voltage drop. Suitable for mode power supplies, high frequency DC to DC converters, low and medium voltage operation, high frequency inverters, freewheeling and polarity protection applications where low switching losses are required.

- Avalanche capability specified
- Maximum repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm of 40V
- Non repetitive forward surge current IFSM of 75A at tp 10ms
- Forward current If(AV) of 3A at TL 105°C
- Maximum forward voltage VF of 840mV at IF 6A and 630mV at IF 3A at Tj 25°C
- Operating junction temperature of 150°C
