TSB952IYQ2T is a high-speed dual operational amplifier featuring an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. It also has an excellent speed/current consumption ratio because it is a 52MHz gain bandwidth product, consuming less than 3.3mA per channel at 36V supply voltage. Applications include industrial, power supplies, automotive.
- Wide supply voltage range from 4.5 to 36V
- Unity gain stable, rail-to-rail output, EMI hardened
- High ESD tolerance: 4kV HBM, input common-mode voltage includes ground
- Input offset voltage is ±3mV maximum at (T = 25°C)
- Input offset current is 50pA maximum at (T = 25°C)
- Supply current (per channel) is 2.2mA typical at (No load, VOUT = VCC/2)
- Gain bandwidth product is 47MHz typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 22pF)
- Slew rate is 26V/µs typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 22pF, AV = 1V/V, 10% to 90%)
- Equivalent input noise density is 35nV/√Hz typical at (f = 10KHz)
- Operating free-air temperature range from -40 to +125°C, DFN8 package
