The M93C56-WMN6P is a 2Kbit (256K x 8bit) MICROWIRE serial access EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) in 8 pin SOIC package. The memory array can be configured either in bytes (x8b) or in words (x16b).
- Industry standard MICROWIRE bus
- Single supply voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V
- Clock frequency is 2MHZ
- Programming instructions works on byte, word or entire memory
- Self timed programming cycle with auto erase (5ms)
- Sequential read operation
- Enhanced ESD/latch up behaviour
- More than 1 million write cycles
- More than 40 year data retention
- Ambient operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
