M24C32-WMN6P is a 32Kbit I²C-compatible bus EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory) organized as 4K × 8bits. It offers an additional page, named the identification page (32byte). The identification Page can be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be (later) permanently locked in Read-only mode.

• Output low voltage is 0.4V max at (IOL = 2.1mA, VCC = 2.5V or IOL = 3mA, VCC = 5.5V)
• Output leakage current is ±2µA max at (SDA in Hi-Z, external voltage applied on SDA: VSS or VCC)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
