M24C08-RMC6TG is an 8kbit serial I²C bus EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) organized as 1 K × 8 bits.
- Single supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- Byte write within 5ms, page write within 5ms
- Random and sequential read modes, write protect of the whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD/latch-up protection
- More than 4 million write cycles, more than 200-years data retention
- Output leakage current is ±2µA max (SDA in Hi-Z, external voltage applied on SDA: VSS or VCC)
- Standby supply current is 1µA max at VIN=VSS or VCC, VCC=1.8V
- Output low voltage is 0.2V max at IOL=0.7mA, VCC=1.8V
- UFDFPN8 package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C up to +85°C
