Product Overview
LM317LZ-AP is a low current 1.2 to 37V adjustable voltage regulator. It is designed to supply up to 100mA of load current with an output voltage adjustable over a 1.2 to 37V range. The nominal output voltage is selected by means of only a resistive divider, making the device exceptionally easy to use and eliminating the stocking of many fixed regulators.
- Thermal overload protection, short-circuit protection
- Output transition safe area compensation
- Floating operation for high voltage applications
- Adjustment pin current is 50µA typical
- Reference voltage is 1.25V typ (VI - VO = 3 to 40V, IO = 5 to 100mA, Pd <lt/> 625mW)
- Maximum output current is 200mA typ (VI - VO = 3 to 13V)
- Output noise voltage is 0.003% typ (B = 10Hz to 10KHz, TJ = 25°C)
- Supply voltage rejection is 65dB typ (TJ = 25°C, f = 120Hz, CADJ = 0)
- TO-92 package
- Operating junction temperature range from 0 to 125°C
