Product Overview
L6398DTR is a high voltage high and low-side driver. It is manufactured with the BCD™ offline technology. It is a single chip half bridge gate driver for N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT. The high-side (floating) section is designed to stand a voltage rail upto 600V. The logic inputs are CMOS/TTL compatible down to 3.3V for the easy interfacing microcontroller/DSP. This driver is ideal for applications such as motor driver for home appliances, factory automation, industrial drives and fans etc.

- Driver current capability 290mA for source and 430mA for sink
- Switching times 75/35ns rise/fall with 1nF load
- Integrated bootstrap diode, case style is SO-8
- Fixed 320ns deadtime
