Product Overview
The BTA08-600SWRG is a 8A insulated Logic-level TRIAC suitable for general purpose AC switching. The logic-level versions are designed to interface directly with low power drivers such as microcontroller. It can be used as an ON/OFF function in various applications. By using an internal ceramic pad, the BTA series provides voltage insulated tab (rated at 2500Vrms) complying with UL standards.
