SKKT 106/16 E is a SKKT 106 series SEMIPACK®1 thyristor / diode module. Typical application includes DC motor control (e.g for machine tools), AC motor soft starters, temperature control (e.g for ovens, chemical, processes), professional light dimming (studios, theatres).
- Heat transfer through aluminium oxide ceramic isolated metal baseplate
- Hard soldered joints for high reliability
- UL recognition, file no. E 63 532
- 1600V VRRM/VDRM, 180A ITRMS/106A ITAV (sin.180, TC = 85°C)
- 1.6kV peak repetitive off state voltage, 150mA max gate trigger current
- 106A average forward current, 180A on state RMS current
- 3V max gate trigger voltage
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 130°C
