3-153-417 is a SCPB model low ESR single cell Prismatic ultra-thin supercapacitor for space-constrained applications. It provides high power density in an ultra-thin, lightweight design. Optimized for applications requiring high durability and excellent low temperature performance. Applications include sensors, small mobile devices, small power supplies, mobile energy harvesting and uninterruptible power supply.

- 2.5V rated voltage
- 40mohm ESR
- 2µA maximum leakage current
- 4.5A RMS current, 30A peak current
- High pulse power and very low self discharge
- Allowable operation temperature range from -40°C to 70°C
