Product Overview
HC2A-AW is a water activity probe for Rotronic devices. It has improved self-heating properties for outstanding accuracy, repeatability, and long-term stability. It comes with the Rotronic UART connector, which is used with the HygroLab. Applications include quality assurance in food manufacturing, coffee processing, tobacco, grain storage, and the pharmaceutical industries.
