BR24H16FVT-5ACE2 is a BR24H16xxx-5AC series 16Kbit serial 125°C operation EEPROM of I²C BUS interface for automotive (2-wire). It features prevention of miswriting (WP (Write Protect) function added, prevention of miswriting at low voltage). Application includes automotive camera, automotive electronics.

- AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1)
- Functional safety supportive automotive products
- 1.7V to 5.5V wide limit of operating voltage, possible 1MHz operation
- Page write mode 16byte
- Bit format 2K x 8bit
- Low current consumption, noise filter built in SCL/SDA pin
- Initial delivery state FFh
- Ambient operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, write cycle time is 3.5ms (max)
