BR24G16NUX-5TR is a 16Kbit serial EEPROM of I²C BUS interface. Typical applications include ordinary electronic equipment (such as AV equipment, OA equipment, telecommunication equipment, home electronic appliances, amusement equipment, etc.).
- All controls available by 2 ports of serial clock (SCL) and serial data (SDA)
- 1.6V to 5.5V wide limit of operating voltage, possible 1MHz operation
- Page write mode 16byte, bit format 2K x 8bit
- Low current consumption
- Prevention of miswriting: WP (write protect) function added, prevention of miswriting at low voltage
- Noise filter built in SCL/SDA pin, initial delivery state FFh
- Write cycles: 4million times (Ta=25°C, VCC=1.6V to 5.5V)
- Data retention: 200 Years (Ta=55°C, VCC=1.6V to 5.5V)
- Write cycle time is 3.5ms max at Ta=-40°C to +85°C, VCC=1.6V to 5.5V
- VSON008X2030 package, -40 to +85°C ambient operating temperature
