Product Overview
The BD6232FP-E2 is a H-bridge Driver in supply voltage of 36V and output current 2A to meet the needs of a variety of applications. It contains a VREF variable function that contributes to lower power consumption and greater efficiency. In addition multiple built-in protection circuits protect the IC and load from damage while ensuring a high degree of reliability. This highly efficient H-bridge driver IC facilitates low-power consumption design.
- Built-in selectable one channel or two channels configuration
- VREF Voltage setting pin enables PWM duty control
- Cross-conduction prevention circuit
- Low standby current
- OCP, OVP, TSD and UVLO four protection circuits provided
