Product Overview
BD18332EUV-ME2 is a 24-channel constant current driver with 8- bit PWM dimming and 8bit local DC dimming individual channels. Communication with μ-controller is available via UART. Applications include rear lamps (+ animation), position/DRL (+ animation), turn (+ animation).
- Nano Cap™ integrated, AEC-Q100 qualified
- Integrated 24CH LED constant current driver, UART interface, independent 4bit delay function
- Independent 8bit PWM dimming function, independent 8bit local DC dimming function
- LSI protection function (UVLO, TSD), LED abnormality detection function (open/short)
- LED cathode short detection function, integrated abnormality output the FAILB pin
- Operating input voltage range from 4.5V to 40.0V
- Circuit current is 12.5mA typ at (VEN = high, 24CH current driver OFF)
- Standby current is 7μA typ at (VEN = low, VIN = 13V, Tj= -40°C to +150°C)
- Dimension W (Typ) x D (Typ) x H (Max is 12.5mm x 8.1mm x 1.0mm
- Operating temperature range from -40°C +125°C, HTSSOP-C48 package
