Product Overview
The BAJ2CC0FP-E2 is a fixed output LDO Voltage Regulator continues the trend towards increasing miniaturization and greater power efficiency and is optimized for power supplies of all types. The broad line-up includes low saturation fixed output types in 1A ratings, models with different output voltages and units with a shutdown switch. In addition over-current, thermal shutdown and over-voltage protection circuits are integrated to prevent IC destruction due to output shorts, IC overload and surges on the power supply line respectively.
- Ultralow saturation with PNP output
- Integrated output current limiting circuit prevents damage due to excessive current conditions
- ±1% Highly accurate output voltage
- Built-in thermal shutdown circuit for protecting the IC from damage due to overloading
