Product Overview
The PNOZ s5 series Safety Relay for monitoring E-stop pushbuttons, safety gates and light beam devices. The safety relay meets the requirements of EN 60947-5-1, EN 60204-1 and VDE 0113-1. A connector can be used to connect 1 PNOZsigma contact expander module. The correct opening and closing of the safety function relays is tested automatically in each ON-OFF cycle. It has connection options for E-stop pushbutton, safety gate limit switch, reset button, light barriers and PSEN.

- 1 Semiconductor output
- Delay-on de-energisation selectable
- Operating modes and delay times can be selected via rotary switches
- Plug-in connection terminals
- The circuit is redundant with built-in self-monitoring
- The safety function remains effective in the case of a component failure
