Product Overview
ERJU02F7151X is an ERJ U type, ERJ-U02 series anti-sulphurated thick film chip resistor. It provides excellent resistance to sulphuration by using an Ag-Pd based inner electrode. High reliability is ensured by utilizing metal glaze thick film resistive elements and three layers of electrodes. This resistor is suitable for automotive, industrial, factory automation, and power supply applications, servers, base station, lightings, the infrastructure systems such as exposure often to ambient air.

- ±1% resistance tolerance
- 0402 [1005 Metric] resistor case
- ±200ppm/°C temperature coefficient
- High resistance to sulphurisation by adopting anti-sulphurated electrode structure and material
- Suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
- Reference standard: IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, JEITA RC-2134C and AEC-Q200 compliant
- Adoption in new designs, easy mounting and cost reduction
- 50V voltage rating and 100mW power rating
- Category temperature range from -55 to +155°C
