- IOFF supports partial power down protection
- DC output source/sink current is ±50mA
- Chip Complexity <lt/> 100 FETs
- DC supply voltage range from -0.5 to +6.5V
- Propagation delay, A to Y is 6.0ns typ (1.65 to 1.95V, TA = 25°C, RL = 1Mohm, CL = 15pF)
- Input capacitance is 2.5pF typ (VCC = 5.5V, VIN = 0V or VCC)
- Output capacitance is 2.5pF typ (VCC = 5.5V, VIN = 0V or VCC)
- SC-88A package, operating temperature range from -55 to +125°C
