NCV8164AMTWADJTAG is a 300mA LDO, next generation of high PSRR, ultra-low noise, and low dropout regulator with power good open collector output. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analogue circuits, the NCV8164 device provides ultra-low noise, high PSRR, and low quiescent current. The device also offers excellent load/line transients. It is designed to work with a 1µF input and a 1µF output ceramic capacitor. It is used in applications such as communication systems, in-vehicle networking, telematics, infotainment and clusters, general purpose automotive.

• Operating input voltage range from 1.6V to 5.5V, AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable
• Quiescent current is 30µA typical at (IOUT = 0mA, -40°C ≤ TJ ≤ 150°C)
• Dropout voltage is 170mV typical at (IOUT = 300mA, VOUT(NOM) = 1.5V)
• Power supply rejection ratio is 83dB typical at (VOUT(NOM) = 3.3V, IOUT = 10mA, f = 100Hz)
• Output voltage noise is 9VRMS typical at (f = 10Hz to 100KHz, IOUT = 10mA)
• Line regulation is 0.5mV/V typical at (VOUT(NOM) + 0.5V ≤ VIN ≤ 5.5V)
• Load regulation is 2mV typical at (IOUT = 1mA to 300mA)
• Shutdown current is 1.5AµA maximum at (VEN ≤ 0.25V, -40°C ≤ TJ ≤ 150°C)
• Turn-on time is 120µs typical at (-40°C ≤ TJ ≤ 150°C; VIN = VOUT(NOM) + 0.5V; IOUT = 1mA)
