Product Overview
The MB4S is a 4-pin single-phase Bridge Rectifier Diode achieves high surge current absorption within a very small foot print. It shines in surge capability within its small 35mm² form-factor. In order to absorb high surge currents, the design supports a 35A IFSM rating and 5A²sec I²T rating. The features make the device ideal for small power supplies that need a little extra surge capability.
