The FOD8523S is a 1-channel 4-pin Photodarlington Output Optocoupler for use with digital logic inputs and microprocessor inputs. It consists of gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon photodarlington output (with integral base-emitter resistor).
- 1000% Minimum high current transfer ratio
- 850V Peak working insulation voltage
- 6000V Highest allowable over voltage
