The NL27WZ17DFT2G is a high performance dual Non-Inverting Buffer with Schmitt trigger and operating from a 1.65 to 5.5V supply. At VCC = 3V, high impedance TTL compatible inputs significantly reduce current loading to input drivers while the TTL compatible outputs offer improved switching noise performance.

- Near 0 static supply current substantially reduces system power requirements
- Extremely high speed - Propagation delay (tpd) 2ns typical at VCC = 5V
- Designed for 1.65 to 5.5V VCC operation
- LVTTL compatible - Interface capability with 5V TTL logic with VCC = 3V
- 24mA Balanced output sink and source capability at VCC = 3V
