Product Overview
The NCP1117LPSTADT3G is a low power low-dropout Voltage Regulator with reduced quiescent current. It is intended primarily for high volume consumer applications over the 0 to 125° temperature range. Capable of providing an output current in excess of 1A with a dropout voltage of 1.3V at 1A full current load, it consists of an adjustable voltage version. Internal protection features consist of output current limiting and built-in thermal shutdown.
- No minimum load requirement for fixed voltage output device
- Good noise rejection
- Operation up to 18V input
- Quiescent current over 10 times lower than traditional 1117
