Product Overview
The MC78LC30NTRG is a 3V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator features an ultra-low quiescent current of 1.1µA. The device contains a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a PMOS power transistor and resistors for setting output voltage. The device has been designed to be used with ceramic capacitors and requires a minimum output capacitor of 0.1µF.
