The FODM452 is a 1-channel 5-pin Transistor Optocoupler consist of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high speed photodetector transistor. It is suitable for line receivers, pulse transformer replacement, output interface to CMOS-LSTTL-TTL and wide bandwidth analogue coupling.
