Product Overview
The MAX4383ESD+ is an ultra small, low cost, 210MHz, single supply op-amp with rail to rail outputs, disable mode and four amplifiers in 14 pin NSOIC package. This high speed unity gain stable device combines high speed performance, rail to rail outputs and high impedance disable mode. It operates from a +4.5V to +11V single supply or from ±2.25V to ±5.5V dual supplies. The common mode input voltage range extends beyond the negative power supply rail (ground in single supply applications). The MAX4383 requires only 5.5mA of quiescent supply current per op-amp while achieving 210MHz -3dB bandwidth, 55MHz 0.1dB gain flatness and a 485V/μs slew rate. This device is an excellent solution in low power/low voltage systems that require wide bandwidth such as surveillance video systems, battery powered instruments, analogue to digital converter interface, CCD imaging systems, video routing and switching systems, video-on-demand and video line driver.
- Input bias current of 6.5μA and input offset current of 0.5μA with single supply
- CMRR of 95dB (VEE - 0.2V ≤ VCM ≤ VCC - 2.25V) and PSRR of 62dB (VS=4.5V to 5.5V) with single supply
- Open loop gain of 61dB at 0.25V ≤ VOUT ≤ 4.75V, RL = 2Kohm with single supply
