Product Overview
MD-ISK-S60-2000-P5-ANSI is an ANSI mineral insulated thermocouple with threaded pot. Flexible mineral insulated probe with 310 stainless steel sheath with M8 x 1.0mm fine pitch threaded pot seal & tails. 310 stainless steel provides good corrosion and oxidation resistance to suit a wide range of processes, satisfactorily operates in sulphur bearing atmospheres. Typical applications include brick and cement kilns, glass industry, heat treatment and annealing furnaces, power stations, flues, heat exchangers etc.
- Mineral insulated type K thermocouple
- Highly flexible, sheath can be bent/formed to suit many applications and processes
- Insulated hot junction, probe temperature range from -40°C to +1100°C
- M8 x 1.0mm fine pitch threaded pot seal (200°C)
- Termination is 100mm PFA twin twisted 7/0.2mm tails, colour coded in accordance with ANSI MC96.1
- Sensor type is type K(nickel chromium/nickel aluminium) to ANSI MC96.1
- Single element, junction insulated from sheath (protection against spurious electrical signals)
- Pot seal rating is 200°C
- 6mm probe diameter, 2000mm probe length,
- Yellow positive tail wire and red negative tail wire
