Product Overview
N7011A-AU is an active termination adapter. It is a 40GHz single-ended adapter featuring a user-adjustable common termination voltage (VTERM) and extremely low noise performance. The adapter was designed to address applications such as HDMI, DisplayPort and MIPI M-PHY. The oscilloscope can internally control the termination voltage to keep it between -4.0V to +4.0V. Utilizing low attenuation ratio setting (1.18:1), the adapter enables an extremely low noise floor. This adapter is compatible with Infiniium UXR-Series oscilloscopes installed with software version 11.71 or higher.
- 40GHz single-ended active termination adapter supporting 1.85mm / 2.4mm cable input
- Low attenuation setting (1.18:1) for high SNR, low noise measurements
- Ability to terminate signal to a 50 ohm non-ground voltage (VTERM)
