N4864A-AU is a vertical probe tip-to-PCB adaptor. Minimize ground inductance and maximize signal fidelity by soldering these 2.5-mm adapters into a PCB as test points. The package contains two adaptors.
- For use with the N2870A-76A 2.5mm passive probes
- 4" lead length for reaching into tight spaces such as a DIMM socket
