N4822A-AU is a socketed tip for application fixtures for connecting the N2750A-52A InfiniiMode probe directly to 0.1inch header pins on Keysight’s USB 2.0 or Ethernet compliance test fixture. The socketed tip includes a damping resistor to achieve flat response across the rated bandwidth.
- Up to 3GHz with N2751A/52A and up to 1.5GHz with N2750A
- Supports InfiniiMode measurement
- 1 tip in a package
