N2778A-AU is a socketed tip that enables users to connect the probe directly to 0.1-inch header pins. For best performance, use this tip in differential mode with inputs A and B connected to test nodes. The socketed leads include a damping resistor to achieve flat response across the rated bandwidth.
- Achieve up to 3GHz with the Keysight N2751A / 52A InfiniiMode differential active probes
- Obtain up to 1.5GHz with Keysight's N2750A active differential probe
- Use to connect directly to 0.1" header pins
- Available three tips per package
