AP5001A-AU is a RF analogue signal generator covering RF frequencies from 9kHz to 2, 4 and 6.1GHz. A combination of characteristics such as high output power, low phase noise and fast switching speed, along with their very compact size, low weight and low power consumption makes the instrument very well usable in labs and production halls.
