Product Overview
TLI4906KHTSA1 is a hall effect switch for industrial and consumer applications that require a high precision switching thresholds for position sensing. Precise magnetic switching thresholds and high temperature stability are achieved by active compensation circuits and chopper techniques on chip. Offset voltages generated by temperature-induced stress or overmolding are cancelled so that high accuracy is achieved. The IC has an open collector output stage with 20mA current sink capability. It can be used for example for: security systems, alignment control, push buttons, keyboards, key switches, machine tools, etc.
- 2.7V to 18V supply voltage operation
- Operation from unregulated power supply, digital output signal (open-drain)
- High sensitivity and high stability of the magnetic switching points
- High resistance to mechanical stress by active error compensation
- Reverse battery protection (-18V), low jitter (typ. 1µs)
- Superior temperature stability, high ESD performance (±4kV HBM)
- Supply current is 4mA typ at VS=2.7V to 18V
- Switching frequency is 15KHz maximum
- PG-SC59-3 package
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +125°C
